Project manager in training?

I may have mentioned before that my 9 yr old daughter, Suvi, is an organizer.  A planner.  She happily keeps her room tidy and manages her things in an orderly fashion.  In fact, she often helps me stay on track with my own frantic calendar.

But tonight she surprised even me with her planning strategies:

Yes, folks, my daughter has created a hairchart.  She has planned out exactly how she will style her hair for each day this week.  And as you can see, Wednesday is obviously the most important hair day as it's been moved from its usual location mid-week to the front of the line.  Photo day, you know. :)

I wonder if I should get her working on spreadsheets for my business...

  3. Oh Wow! That is absolutely amazing... My girls would never come up with something like this. It's a brilliant idea, makes doing hair in the morning easy if we didn't have to discuss hair options... ;)

  4. Good Job :) I personally enjoy the surprise in the morning, but having an idea on how many hair elastics I'm going to need would certainly help ;)

  5. That is just so cute! I would love it if my kids were organized and tidy. We have created some morning and evening checklists and that has really helped, but their rooms are still disastrous.

Let me know what you're thinking. But be nice about it, would ya?
