A bag worth mentioning

Although we're trying to be extra careful with our spending these days, I was able to splurge on a little something this week.  Roots has a great line of international clothing right now (you know, "we all have roots") and I couldn't pass up the cozy Finland hoodie.  These days, being a stay-at-home/freelance writing/shakin'-my-booty-in-the-comfort-of-my-own-home kind of mom, I relish comfortable clothing and Roots never fails me.

Anyway, I was checking out online when I was given the option to purchase a reversible shipping tote.  I've never seen one of these before (that's not saying much) but I thought it was brilliant.

For $5, you purchased the tote.   The bag is used to ship your items to you; it's vinyl coated so works like a sturdy parcel bag.

But then you cut off the top to get your things out and turn the thing inside out.  Presto!  A cute reusable tote that has a vinyl lining on the inside!   I'm sure I'm the last person on the planet to discover this great idea but I'll share it just the same.   The delivery woman thought it was fantastic, too!

Oh, and here's that cozy Finland hoodie.  Soooooo comfy and warm.  Ahhhhh..... (I'd show you a photo of me in it, but it's so snuggly that I couldn't get up to get the camera once I was wearing it.)

Do any other online stores use this kind of shipping option?  If not, I think they should!
